January 26, 2024

First of all. I would like to say hello to the new members of the Lincoln Shukokai Family.
Matteo, Leo, Eljah, Kiera, Nora and Jasmina.
Welcome to our Dojo.

Shihan (master instructor) Bill Bressaw from New Jersey USA will be coming to do a weekend seminar for us on April 20th and 21st. Shihan Bill is one of 3 World chief instructors for Kimura Shukokai International.
He will be teaching us for approximately  3 1/2 to 4 hours on each day from 10:30 to 3:30 with a break for lunch.
(please make sure to bring lunch and plenty of water.)
For Brown and black belts there will be extra training on Friday evening 7:00 – 9:30.
We will be having a celebration meal and party after training on Saturday (small cost per person for food) at the same location as our Christmas party.
This is a wonderful opportunity for all students to see, and be taught by a master teacher. We will also have Senseis from New Jersey, Northern Michigan and B.C. here to learn from Shihan and to help teach our students.
These opportunities are few and far between.
I would ask that all students 7years and up try to make it to this training session. Go to our website,
www.shukokaiontario.com and under the events tab you will see a button to register for the course.
There is a fee for this training with discounts for families.
Please register soon. Fees will be due 2 weeks prior to the course.
See you all in the dojo. I am very excited about 2024.
Thanks
Sensei Steve
